1. General

By accessing or purchasing from Veyra Jewels you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Veyra Jewels reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products

All Veyra Jewels rings are crafted in solid 18k white gold and set with GIA certified natural diamonds. Product images are as accurate as possible however slight variations in colour may occur due to individual screen settings. All diamond weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from those stated.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Veyra Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Veyra Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until payment has been processed.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Veyra Jewels does not store your payment details at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Veyra Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. All orders are fully insured in transit and tracked from dispatch to delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided items are in their original unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Rings that have been resized, engraved or customised after delivery are not eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are outlined in our Returns Policy.

8. Warranty

All Veyra Jewels rings are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by improper care or exposure to chemicals. To make a warranty claim please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Veyra Jewels website including images, copy, branding and design elements is the exclusive property of Veyra Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed or used in any form without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law Veyra Jewels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing orders you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
