How It Works
Returning a Veyra ring is effortless.
Contact Us
Reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for return and we will respond within 24 hours with everything you need.
Send It Back
We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Repack your ring in the original Veyra gift box and drop it at your nearest post office. That is all.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return we process your full refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
Return Policy
What We Ask
To be eligible for a return your ring must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and undamaged, with all original packaging and documentation included.
Rings that have been resized, engraved or customised after delivery are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
If your ring arrives damaged or does not match its description we will cover all return costs and provide a full replacement or refund with no questions asked.
We recommend using the original packaging when returning your ring to ensure it is fully protected during transit. All returns are insured by Veyra Jewels.
